By submitting your FIRST and LAST name here, you are signing the Release Agreement detailed below.
The undersigned individual hereby grants to Puget Consumers Co-op, doing business as PCC Community Markets (“PCC”), a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to modify, use, copy and publish, in any and all media now or hereafter created, for any legitimate purpose including the promotion of or information about PCC, its stores, products and services, the individual's name, likeness and any photographs or other images of the individual provided by the individual or created by or on behalf of PCC, as well as comments and content submitted by the individual to PCC.
In consideration for publication of any submitted images or materials, the individual hereby releases PCC, its officers, trustees, employees and agents from any loss, cost, liability or expense incurred by the individual and arising from the publication of the individual’s image or materials as provided above.
